Payment Information

  • Bills are mailed out every 2 months for services during the previous 2 months. You can pay your bill by mail, phone, online, in person or participate in our Automatic Withdrawal Program.
  • There is a late fee of 6% if not paid by the due date.
  • Sewer charges are a flat rate and not based on water use.
  • Water charges are based on meter readings.
  • There are six billing cycles per year:
    • DEC/JAN due February 28
    • FEB/MAR due April 30
    • APR/MAY due June 30
    • JUN/JUL due August 31
    • AUG/SEP due October 31
    • OCT/NOV due December 31
  • Failure to receive a bill does not relieve or excuse the obligation of payments and penalties.
  • Please call the office if you have not received your bill.
  • Altered checks will not be accepted. If a change needs to be made, a new check will need to be issued. Please see the Memorandum from the Treasurer’s Office

Any unpaid balance accumulated between August 1 through July 31 will be added to the property taxes for collection with a 6% penalty fee. Late fees continue to be added until paid.

Automatic Withdrawal Program

  • You will continue to receive statements in the mail to show the current status and balance of your account
  • Your balance must be current in order to qualify.
  • Fill out the application below and attach a voided check for bank information
  • If you wish to discontinue the automatic withdrawal, complete the “Agreement to Discontinue Deductions” form
  • There is no fee for this service
  • New accounts or changes to existing accounts may take one billing cycle to go into effect
  • Please remember to cancel your ACH if you move!

Rental Property

The property owner is responsible for the water and sewer bills even if the property is being rented. Sewer and water accounts are tied to the property and any unpaid bills will be added to the property tax. It is the property owners responsibility to check on their rentals and ensure timely payments.
